About Us

Our body shop is ICBC Valet accredited and fully equipped with all the latest auto body repair technology. We do free estimates, and insurance inspections. Our body shop technicians are trained in minor touch ups, major collision repair and frame straightening. Enhanced computerization and photo imaging technology allows us to communicate with all major insurance companies. We also provide you with courtesy vehicles for your convenience.

Pioneer Chrysler Limited guarantees that all repairs performed will be acceptable to industry standards. This guarantee protects against defective workmanship and materials. Coverage for damage caused by, or resulting from, unreasonable use, neglected maintenance or care of the vehicle is excluded. Provided the vehicle remains owned and registered in the name of the registered owner listed on the repair, this guarantee is valid from the date the repairs are completed;

• For the life of the vehicle on body and paint repairs
  
• For 90 days on mechanical parts that were replaced or repaired.

What to do after an Accident?

• Stop your vehicle if it's clear, safe and legal.
  
• Move the vehicle out of the traveled roadway, if it's clear, safe and legal
  
• Turn off the ignition.
  
• Make a first aid check of all persons involved in the accident.
  
• Call 911/police if necessary.
  
• Mark the scene of the accident with flares or retro reflective triangles if available.
• Gather the names of all persons in the motor vehicles and people who may have witnessed the accident.
• Make a quick diagram to describe what happened at the location where the accident took place.
• Exchange insurance company information.
